All managers face dilemmas, some of which could benefit from a different perspective or even a challenge \u2013 whether personal, managerial or professional. As a coach, it\u2019s my focus to support you in creating motivational change for you to reach your goals or solve the challenges you face.<\/p>\n

Coaching is targeted people who wants change and seek inspiration, challenge, sparring and new insights in relation to developing yourself, your relationships and the company, thereby creating better results.<\/p>\n

The individual coaching process\u00a0typically concists of 5 sessions of\u00a01.5 hours each. However, the number of sessions and the length of each session may vary depending on the wishes, goals and challenges you face.<\/p>\n

Team coaching processes are individually agreed upon depending on\u00a0the number of team members\u00a0and theme.<\/p>\n

As an experienced leader and coach, I know the many personal, managerial and professional dilemmas and challenges you may\u00a0face when creating results through people, whether it\u2019s your department, your management team or your colleagues.<\/p>\n
