All managers face dilemmas, some of which could benefit from a different perspective or even a challenge – whether personal, managerial or professional. As a coach, it’s my focus to support you in creating motivational change for you to reach your goals or solve the challenges you face.

Coaching is targeted people who wants change and seek inspiration, challenge, sparring and new insights in relation to developing yourself, your relationships and the company, thereby creating better results.

The individual coaching process typically concists of 5 sessions of 1.5 hours each. However, the number of sessions and the length of each session may vary depending on the wishes, goals and challenges you face.

Team coaching processes are individually agreed upon depending on the number of team members and theme.

As an experienced leader and coach, I know the many personal, managerial and professional dilemmas and challenges you may face when creating results through people, whether it’s your department, your management team or your colleagues.

If the focus is career and / or competence development, you will asked to execute the competency test Saville Consulting Wave, which we subsequently will use to target the competences it would be beneficial for you  to strengthen.

TEAM COACHING

All teams can benefit tremendously from using team coaching for common development and problem solving. Team coaching creates the framework for increased mutual understanding, as well as the opportunity to enrich and inspire each other, which reinforces shared responsibility and mutual trust in the group.

Team coaching further gives the advantage that the organization will experience more consistent behavior and messages from management, resulting in greater organizational efficiency.

If the goal is to create better cooperation, it would typically be a good help to get a deeper understanding of your personal preferences. Here I work with the psychological type indicator Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTi), which is the world’s most recognized, scientifically verified and widely used person type tool.
