My name is Henrik.

I believe that people create better business results together when they:

  2. Have A clear Strategy and supporting targets/goals/KPI's
  3. Are led by leaders, that provides Authentic Leadership that makes others want to follow
  4. Have the right personal and professional competences to perform in their job
  5. Trust each other and understand each other's behavior
  6. Are selfassured and speak for themselves in all situations

This is my base when I facilitate development processes for organizations, managers and teams.

I help large and small businesses create actionable and motivated employees, well-run teams and strong, authentic leaders.

In this work, I draw upon 15 years of management experience from within - strategic, tactical and operational in such diverse areas as technical advice, project management, sales and marketing. I have been head of department, matrix manager, leader of managers and business manager. Therefore, I also know management from the inside, and recognize the challenges you face in your daily life in delivering results through other people.
